Hello Ajay,
I'm glad to have your opinion on the Nandigram/Singur fiasco. The very fact that thousands of educated youth are leaving WB for greener pastures is proof of the myopic vision of the politics and politicians who rule the state. The whole saga staged my Mamata B/Trinamool Congress was a lose-lose situation. Had the factory and the ancillary units been allowed to function, imagine how many needy youngsters would have got stable jobs. Unfortunately, in this poor and impoverished state, the illiterate masses, who have no mind of their own, have been mesmerised by short sighted and self centred politicians, who just promise stuff, and nothing beyond that.
So you're in Bangalore? Great! It's always wonderful to connect with a fellow Bangalorean here. Hope to visit your space again!
Regards, Ruma.

Thanks for u comment that there are some honest and dedicated government servant. Mr Ajay is soft ware development, you many begetting enough salary from your company. as u know well the cabinet secretary the highest rank officer in the country is getting 26000 basic pay where as the software engineer who enters into good companies like infosys and IBM will draw much better salary at the age of 24 years. I know well the soft ware engineers in Bangalore purchases flats worth of crores of rupees. the flats worth of crores will be sold out with in no time, i know many of my frinds who purchase flats in good localities because they get fat salaries. Governemnt servant has to think twice to go for outing and spend time in good hotel with family. I agree there is ainefficiency but whom to blame for that. The Recent RTI is one of the move where any citizen can question. The pay commission has studied the pay scales of different countries including private sector. You want the government servant has to live the pitiable life, when software engineer lives in palatial house in city like Bangalore enjoying holidays in Singapore and USA. Corruption is everywhere , do uyou think there is no corruption in private sector. Recently our PM requested private sector not to hike the pay because lot of money is circulated in the market, hence inflation. Please read my article ethics in workplace , you will know how many people are using office stationary, phones for personal purpose and how many people lie when they want to get leave. I appreciate your article and i got chance to say my point of view. Thnak you very much. M.Lokeswara Rao

my veiwsI have a right to differ July 27 Peaceful mindOne of my very good friends recent blog really made me to think.
The first thing which stroke my mind is why have wemade our lifes so complicated?
In every aspect. And every sence.
There is much to life than following the simple rules.
It sure sounds ok not to interfere in others business unless asked.
Who knows how the world would have been....?....
If the likes of Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luthar King, Abraham Lincon had not interfered....
If the likes Gautam Buddha, Swami Vivekananda had ignored the feeling of interfering in common men's struggle for existance....
If Lord Krishna had choosen to distance himself from interfering in the clash between step brothers...
So, its advisable to interfere in any situation if it serves a larger purpose.
There is no rule that jealousy can be only distructive..
And every healthy jealousy leads to a better result.
Take for instance in sports.
A sports person can achieve bette,r if he/she feels jealous of others achievements..
Lets say no to destructive jealousy and welcome compitatie healthy jealosuy.
Recognition is some thing which runs away if some one carves for it.
Every single person on this earth has his/her own value and reason for being here.
The key is to understand the self's potential and be dedicated to it.
Recognition comes searching:
Be a Roman while in Rome i the most dangerous saying of all.
Every person is unique and this kills the uniqueness of every person.
And I strongly support who ever wants to preserve this uniquness.
And Lastly, there is a difference between biting more than we can chew and aiming for things we really want.
I say dont ever raise your hand to touch the sky...
But,
if you ever rise it, dont let it down until and unless you can touch it.
Lets Live our life fruitfully. Some hurdles may try to stop us. Lets not give ourselves up to things who others think best suited for us.
July 23 Me and Swamy VivekanandaFrom past few days, I was in a impression that I'm going thru a lean phase.. I was thinking why in the whole world I'm being subjected to the things I'm going thru. One good thing I have always done is, when ever I'm down I try to reach to Swamy vivekananda. As if he listens to me and speaks to me. Last night I spent a whole lot of time with him. (reading his biography) I asked him why, why and a lot of why's. He said ---
When I Asked God for Strength When I Asked God for Brain & Brown When I Asked God for Happiness When I Asked God for Wealth When I Asked God for Favors When I Asked God for Peace God Gave Me Nothing I Wanted -Swamy Vivekananda
July 20 lessons we forgetA very common but most lethal mistake any person can do in life is to have over confidance.
Seldom, this over confidance on some one leads to grave misunderstandings and it might prove fatal at times.
Its not fun to dig own grave.
July 13 my lifeAll I was looking forward to, was for a beautiful life..
And,
All I did was to love my life like there is no tomorrow..
My favorite holiday spots
